Driessen United Blenders expands its liquid filling possibilities with the introduction of a filling line for tubes.

Filling of 25 ml tubes

The filling line for tubes is specially designed and equipped for filling 25 ml rigid PET tubes.

The line has the following features:

• 24 head filling installation with automatic tube supply
• 12-head capper with automatic cap feed
• Vacuum filling for constant filling volume
• In-line labelling and printing
• Case packer for folding cartons
• Capacity up to 160 tubes per minute 

Automatic placement in boxes

After filling and labelling the tubes a case packer positions the tubes into a folding box.

The case packer has the following features:

• 15 tubes per box
• In-line printing
• Metal detection
• Checkweigher
